The Big Initiative training courses offer a fantastic way for you to build your skills, knowledge and understanding of specific subject matters. Each course has been created by young people, for young people - so that the content is relevant and tailored to your needs.

There are also courses that focus on the importance of recognising and understanding mental health, well-being and mindfulness.

You will also be able to include the training courses in your CV and job applications - preparing you for the future and new opportunities.

In addition to this, every time you complete one of our courses, you will be entered into a prize draw that takes place every eight weeks. Prizes range from iPads and mobile phones to concert tickets and day trips, and vouchers for well-known brands and retailers.
