Managing Manipulative Behaviour in Looked After Children

In Managing Manipulative Behaviour in Looked After Children you will learn to skilfully understand and manage such behaviour. 

During the course, we will cover:

  • Understanding what manipulative behaviour is
  • Reasons a child might display manipulative behaviour
  • Understanding how it links with challenging behaviour
  • Awareness of ways to eliminate this behaviour
  • Learning how to support children showing this behaviour

This course meets the Training Support and Development Standards set out by The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011.

The course will be from 10 am - 1 pm

Lunch will be at 1 pm for those who wish to stay and talk. If you have any questions please talk to your Supervising Social Worker or or the Learning and Development team.
