Children's Daily Routine

Having a routine is important for a child. It helps them to feel safe and secure. Both children and adults feel safe and stable when they have a predictable routine. Routines also act as a starting point for children to understand how the day works and when to do what.

                           Wake up.                                             Brush teeth.                                       Go to the toilet.
