Independent Social Worker – Form F Assessor

Are you a qualified and experienced Independent Social Worker looking for work as an Independent Assessor carrying out Form F Assessments. In addition, other areas of independent social work may also be considered.

Anchor Foster Care is currently looking to recruit an Independent Social Worker with a focus to undertake Form F Assessments for prospective foster parents in the following areas:

  • Canterbury
  • Ashford
  • Margate
  • Portsmouth 

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Social Work Qualification
  • SWE registration
  • Experience of working with Looked After Children and foster families
  • Good understanding of Attachment Theory
  • Experience of undertaking relevant assessment work including Form F Assessments
  • Experience of professional report writing
  • Confidence in presenting to Fostering Panels
  • Driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel
