Anchor Foster Care has set up a series of training and information courses to help foster carers.
Our Skills to Foster training course covers:
- what being a foster carer involves
- how fostering might affect your family and your way of life
- whether fostering is right for you and your family
- the skills and knowledge you’ll need to develop when you become a foster carer
- the difference that you could potentially make to lots of children’s lives
You’ll find out what it’s like to be a Foster Carer and meet other people in a similar position!
There are hundreds of children who DESPERATELY need a loving, caring family home. We are specifically looking for Foster Carers in Kent and the following areas:
Medway, North Kent, Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Rainham, Maidstone, Dartford, Gravesend and Northfleet.
