We love children so much and couldn’t have any, so we adopted a little girl. Then my daughter wanted a brother or sister, so we started fostering eight years ago. I’m really happy and pleased to work with Anchor, they are very friendly. Every time I see my supervising social worker, I love her and like her, she is like my friend. The best part of fostering is when I can give my love and help the children grow up, I enjoy it with all my heart. It’s a very hard work, 24 hours a day, but if you love children you will really enjoy it. You have to be very open and share your life, which took a bit of getting used to, but it’s alright. I think I was lucky, all the children I have brought up have gone back to their parents. I really like and enjoy working with Anchor Foster Care.
